Rural Authentic Wellness is a modern direct primary care (DPC) clinic in Olivia, MN. We focus on relationship-based care without the limits of traditional insurance models. We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team part-time or full-time. Ideal candidates are experienced, patient-focused, and passionate about rural healthcare. Enjoy clinical autonomy, low visit volumes, and freedom from insurance billing while making a real impact.

• Deliver primary care across the lifespan
• Manage chronic and acute conditions with a focus on wellness
• Build long-term relationships with patients
• Document care in a user-friendly EMR
• Engage in evidence-based care and continual improvement

• Licensed NP (FNP preferred)
• 2+ years of primary care preferred
• Independent clinical judgment
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for rural healthcare and DPC
