Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership model where you pay your provider directly, without running visits through insurance. For a flat monthly fee, your provider sees you promptly and you can message them directly.

Your membership covers unlimited primary and urgent care appointments. Labs, hormone therapy, aesthetics, weight loss program, metabolic program, and after-hours urgent care are billed separately at direct cost with no insurance markup.

Krystle Dillon founded Rural Authentic Wellness to end the cycle of rushed appointments and provide genuine patient-centered care in Olivia and Redwood Falls, MN. By cutting out insurance middlemen and their endless claim forms, she has created a membership model where your care provider is accessible for a flat monthly fee that covers unlimited primary and urgent care without the hassle of deductibles or co-pays.


With over 18 years of medical experience and advanced certifications in hormone therapy and aesthetics, Krystle brings knowledgeable, relationship-based care to every patient.
